A New Month has arrived!
Do you ever feel like you are on a roll & then BAM… you De-rail & can’t get back in the groove?? It totally happens to me! Even with the best intentions, life gets busy, we make excuses, things get in the way of our goals & at times we think “what’s the point”… For me, I tend to get distracted. Yes, I’m a Squirrel if I don’t keep my blinders on!! Those shiny objects that grab your attention, trying to juggle a zillion things instead of totally accomplishing one thing at a time. GUILTY!!
But here we are!
A Brand New Month – a FRESH START…
Cheers to a CLEAN SLATE!! I’m here with a little motivation!! I have some pretty big goals & I’m a firm believer in breaking them apart to make them manageable in my mind. Honestly achieving them FASTER.. because I tend to stay on track if the task feels more attainable. For me, breaking things down to the month, the week & sometimes by the DAY helps me stay focused. Let’s face it, those BIG Goals can be intimidating… which of course is a good thing. Remember if your goals don’t scare the crap out of you… they probably aren’t big enough!!
As we jump into this new month, set our goals & make the commitment to get on track, I would like to invite you to my upcoming April Challenge Group!
